Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by AKSEM Makina Maden Mühendislik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Aksem Makina") as data controller, as described below.

2. Personal data we process

• Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the subject you choose and the content of your message.
• When you visit the site: technical records such as IP address, browser and device information (kept by our hosting and security provider).

3. Purposes

• To answer your enquiry, quotation or information request,
• To conduct pre-contract discussions,
• To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

4. Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing directly related to entering into or performing a contract (Art. 5/2-c), our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f) and, where needed, your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

5. How we collect it

Electronically, when you fill in the contact form or email us, and automatically when you visit the site.

6. Transfers

Information you send through the form is passed through the Web3Forms service so that it can be delivered to our mailbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare and its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. These providers may operate servers outside Turkey; such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK and on the basis of the consent you give in the form. Otherwise your data is only disclosed to authorities legally entitled to request it.

7. Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred; ask for correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and, where the conditions are met, its deletion or destruction, and for these steps to be notified to those third parties; object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

9. How to apply

Send your request with information identifying you to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. We will respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
